4. Resident agreements and facility services
These Terms apply only to use of the Site. They do not replace or modify any separate residency agreement, admissions paperwork, service plan, house rules, or other documents you may sign with Serenity Pointe related to living in our community or receiving services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed residency or admissions agreement, the signed agreement controls for residency-related matters.
